About the conference

Soy is an outstanding culture in solving the world food problem and the formation of protein resources. June 3-6, 2015 in St. Petersburg PH Sfera together with its partners, GC Sodruzhestvo and the US Soybean Export  Council, held the first conference in Russia with a world name World Soy – Feeds, which aim was to popularize soybean as a high-protein feed for livestock and poultry.

 

The list of delegates included more than 150 people: directors, technologists of feeding livestock and poultry farms, representatives of agro-industrial holdings, feed milling plants, traders, and aldo investment and consulting companies.

Among the research institutions that took part in the event are: Russian Scientific Research and Technological Institute of Poultry, Russian Scientific Research Institute of Fats of the Russian Agricultural Academy, Russian Research Veterinary Institute of Poultry RAA, Russian Research Institute of Genetics and breeding of farm animals, Russian Academy of national economy and public Administration under the President of RF, Institute of pig breeding and agricultural production in Ukraine.

Geography of the Russian participants in addition to the two capitals was represented by Amur, Belgorod, Kaliningrad, Kemerovo, Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Orenburg, Orel, Ryazan, Smolensk and Tomsk regions, the Altai and Stavropol edges, the Republic of Tatarstan, Chuvashia Republic, and others.

The conference really turned the world: it brought together experts from the USA, Germany, Spain, Belarus, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Estonia.
