Belorussian, born on March 9, 1961 in Lepel, the Vitebsk Region of Belarus.
Graduated from the Belorusian State Agricultiral Academy in 1983 as an animal technician specializing in industrial poultry meat and egg production. Underwent a traineeship in Germany while studying. In 1987 completed post-graduate studies at the Livestock Feeding Department of Odessa State Agrarian University and passed Ph.D. defense with the thesis subject “Soymilk as a milk replacer in calves feed” in Leningrad State Agrarian University.
The next step of the scientific research is dedicated to biotechnology in animal feeds and feed supplements. In particular, developed some new technological approaches to creating a supplement, which is based on fodder and by applying biotechnological methods, enriched with vitamins, proteins and organic acids at the stage of germination. Developed a theory of creating complete malt animal feed.

Foundation of Liliani LLC in 2000. Since 2005 the main activity of the company is the development and production of equipment for optimizing harvesting, sowing, grain handling and storage, as well as trolleys for transporting harvesters and seeders.
The Liliani company is the leader in Russia in the design and manufacture of special equipment, which radically changes the concept of sowing, harvesting, as well as the transfer of grain to wagons and ships.
Another direction is the production of a complete set of technological equipment for storing grain in plastic sleeves (Argentine technology).
