Poultry farming is the most intensively developing and competitive branch of livestock farming in Russia nowadays.
Poultry is characterized by rapid reproduction, intensive growth, high productivity and viability. Poultry breeding and maintenance requires less expenditure of labor and material resources per unit of output than in other livestock sectors. This is the most science-driven and dynamically developing branch of the agro-industrial complex.
However, regarding the unstable epizootic situation all over the world, the protection of the veterinary welfare of the poultry industry in Russia is an important priority for the government and business. To the questions of bioprotection of poultry farming and discussion of other important problems of the breeding, genetics and feeding in poultry, fighting bird diseases and biosafety of poultry products will be devoted the III International Conference «POULTRY INDUSTRY 2018».
