About the conference

Conference aims to provide a platform for discussion of the recent issues that exist today in the grain and mill industry in Russia and in the world.
III International Grain and Mill Conference will be attended by representatives, top-managers, technicians of milling and baking enterprises, quality control authorities, Russian and foreign producers of milling-related equipment, traders and mixed feeds producers.

The main topics of the Conference are:

Economic situation and future of Russia’s and world’s milling industry;
New technologies of grain products production;
Quality and safety of grain and grain products;
Peculiarities of grain products sales.

During the two previous years of successful work the International Grain and Mill Conference has been attended by over 400 representatives of the milling business from Russia, CIS countries, Turkey, Germany, Italy, Spain, China, Ukraine, Lithuania, the Netherlands and India.

Его опыт также распространяется на разработку эффективных организационных форм для обеспечения мониторинга и стратегического управления экономическим развитием. До Турецкой федерации мукомолов г-н Курал работал помощником директора в Международном валютном фонде и Всемирном банке, заместителем генерального директора в подведомственном секретариате казначейства и внешней торговли, начальником отдела в Союзе торговых палат и товарных бирж Турции, членом Совета Министерства энергетики и природных ресурсов, а также в качестве координатора исследований в Агентстве по приватизации, преподавал в Университет Билькент (Турция) и Университете Мичигана (США). Г-н Курал окончил Университет Мичигана, США. Затем продолжил обучение в Американском университете и в Ближневосточном техническом университет в Турции. Secretary General in Turkish Flour Industrialists’ Federation (TFIF) since 2010. He has reviewed and developed new implementations strategies with respect to the sectoral policies for flour industry and tried to improve the investment environment both domestic and foreign investors. Devoted some time to promote the sectoral policies not only to Government but also foreign business community and to advice business consulting, sectoral analysis, and industry policy formulations. His experience also extends to the development of effective organizational frameworks to enable monitoring and the strategic management of the economic development. He has also assisted policy makers and executives for the development and strengthening of government and private sector institutions and the promotion of economic policies and sectoral framework through the provision of advanced quantitative analysis, the design of statistical databases, developing training programs, and restructuring advice. Before joining to TFIF, he worked as Assistant Director in the International Monetary Fund and World Bank, as Deputy Director General in the Under secretariat of Treasury and Foreign Trade, as Head of Department in the Union of Chamber and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, as Member of Board of Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, as Research Coordinator in Privatization Agency, as Lecturer and Research Assistant at Bilkent University and Michigan University respectively. He has graduated from Michigan University, U.S.A. and joined Ph.D. Programs in American University in U.S.A. and Middle East Technical University in Turkey.
